Nobody has done more to interfere with local politics. He has no respect for local government’s ability to deal with their own zoning issues. He has no respect for private property or the integrity of R1 zoned neighborhoods. Unfortunately, even if he is elected, his legacy will be painfully felt in our neighborhoods for decades unless our city governments can convince our Sacramento representatives to override his bills.
If you happen to live within a mile of a transit center, or possibly even a bus stop, a developer can level the nice little house next to you and build a five-story apartment with no parking requirements. Our local officials will be powerless to stop it. I will miss Scott as his “progressive” elitism has been the source of many of my letters, but in the best interest of all Peninsula cities and their citizens it’s time to say bye bye Scott.

In an organization where I worked, we used to recommend an employee for a promotion just to get rid of him or her. You are using an old trick, so let's use it. I am sure that Lurie's SF is also highly motivated to see him leave.
