William "Bill” John Casper, late of Millbrae and longtime resident of Paso Robles, died in Burlingame Jan. 17, 2010. He was the beloved husband of Alberta Casper for 73 years and loving father of Sharon Herrera, Sandra Hall and Lana Hopper. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Mary Casper and his late siblings Helen, Mary, Ann, Betty, Dick, Al, Edward and Johnny. He was the dear brother-in-law of Arlyne Casper of Paso Robles and cherished grandfather of Craig, Mark, Scott, Chris, Jason, the late Steven, Michelle and Tina.
