Philippe Carriquiry, late of San Bruno and San Mateo County resident for 50 years, died at his home Oct. 3, 2017.
Husband of Judith Carriquiry. Father of Lisa Mattingly (her husband Scott), also Steve Verzello and Christina Coughlin (her husband Rob). Brother of Marie Lastiri. Grandfather of Angela Mattingly, Gianna Loesel and Lara Loesel. Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
A native of Baigorry, France, age 78 years.
A member of the Basque Cultural Center in South San Francisco.
Family and friends are invited to attend a rosary and funeral mass 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 11, at Saint Robert Catholic Church, Oak Avenue and Crystal Springs Road in San Bruno. Committal will follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Colma.
Condolences may be sent via Chapel of the Highlands, 194 Millwood Drive, Millbrae, CA 94030.
In lieu of flowers his family appreciates donations to the American Cancer Society.
