Caroline Nadine Frati, a longtime former resident of Santa Rosa, currently of San Bruno and San Mateo County resident for 10 years, died at her home on June 11, 2010. Wife of the late Burton Frati for 40 years and mother of Mark Frati of Santa Rosa. Sister of Marlene Lugliani of San Bruno. Her nephews were Greg, Glenn (his wife Cindy) and Guy (his wife Kathleen); great nephews Daniel and Grant, great nieces Jenna, Lauren and Gianna. She is also survived by her aunt Peggy of Millbrae and numerous cousins in Santa Rosa.
