A grand jury has indicted New York Attorney General Letitia James on a fraud charge, a person familiar with the matter told The Associated Press on Thursday. It is the latest indication of President Donald Trump and his administration’s determination to use the Justice Department to pursue the president’s political foes.

James last year won a staggering judgment against Trump and his companies in a lawsuit alleging he lied to banks and others about the value of his assets.

Here we go again, with another biased AP “orange man bad” entry. Sorry, AP, we know the Illinois governor and Chicago mayor should be prosecuted for knowingly allowing their police department to stand down and reportedly, to pull back from mutual aid support when ICE enforcement was under attack and requesting aid. Let’s see if Trump wants to invoke the Insurrection Act against lawless governors and mayors. I say he should and let the lawsuits fly. We need to expose as many activist judges as we can. Meanwhile, perhaps AP can do a story on the recent declassified report exposing Biden’s Ukraine trip as a scheme for Where’s Hunter’s Burisma contract. Don’t count on it – count on a real news source if you want facts.
