Tristan Cecil

The boyfriend of a woman found in February of 2018 with a gunshot wound to the head in Half Moon Bay was sentenced to three years in state prison Friday months after he pleaded no contest to possession of cocaine and other drugs for sale in December, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office.

Tristan Cecil, 22, had been transferred to San Quentin State Prison for a 90-day diagnostic study after he pleaded to two sets of drug charges Dec. 10. Cecil was found with 1,450 separately-packaged Xanax pills, 33 grams of cocaine and 33 grams of ethylpentylone packaged into 29 baggies in July while he was out of custody on another set of drug charges related to a February of 2018 search of his home, according to prosecutors.

Something major missing here? Who shot the woman who was killed?

Very troubled young man. Hope he receives some serious treatment for his drug abuse. If not his future is hopeless
