Hard to believe it’s been 10 years since Caltrain introduced its baby bullet express train service. But it has. Since the baby bullet was introduced in 2004, ridership on the entire service has more than doubled. In commemoration, Caltrain will be holding a special event 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 27 at the San Francisco Caltrain Station on Fourth Street with U.S. Rep. Jackie Speier, D-San Mateo, state Sen. Mark Leno, D-San Francisco, and members of the Caltrain Board of Directors representing San Mateo, San Francisco and Santa Clara counties.
