A South San Francisco man was arrested Jan. 11 for lewd acts with three juveniles at a residence where there was an unlicensed day care, according to police.
Police started investigating the incidents Jan. 6 after a report from a confidential victim. The suspect, Rafael Cortez-Ramirez, a 55-year-old dishwasher, was arrested on the 500 block of Third Lane for 12 felony counts related to sexual abuse and lewd acts with a child.
Anyone who may have information regarding Cortez-Ramirez or if your child attended an unlicensed home day care between 2010 and 2019 on the 500 block of Third Lane, South San Francisco, is asked to contact Sgt. Sariotti or Detective Quintero at (650) 877-8900.
