International Gift and Fashion Expo
Bring the whole family down to the International Gift and Fashion Expo, where there is something for everyone, including gifts, home decor, antique furniture, handbags, toys, jewelry, gemstones, beads, silver and health and beauty supplies. Everything will be at wholesale prices and children will receive free toys and balloons, while others can enter into the drawing for the Home Theatre DVD Sound System. $6 adults, $5 seniors 55 and under.
The event will be held this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Fiesta Hall, San Mateo County Expo Center, 2495 S. Delaware St., San Mateo.
International Gem and Jewelry Show
You won't want to miss rows upon rows of exotic and beautiful gems, beads and jewelry at the International Gem and Jewelry Show, where thousands of dealers will showcase their one-of-a-kind jewelry creations. The show will be divided into two sections: one for the public and one for trade. There will be something for everyone from the rock hound to the amateur jeweler. $6 adults and seniors, free for children 16 and under with paying adult.
The event will be held this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Expo Hall, San Mateo County Expo Center, 2495 S. Delaware St., San Mateo. For information visit www.intergem.net.
Breakfast and Easter Egg Hunt
Join others in a fun-filled morning for a traditional breakfast and Easter Egg hunt. The breakfast will feature pancakes, ham and coffee while the egg hunt will feature Preston's Chocolate Eggs and Vintage Baseball Cards. Age groups for the egg hunt will be from preschool through fifth grade. $5 adults, $3 children.
The event will be held this Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., at Washington Park Baseball Field, 850 Burlingame Ave., Burlingame. For information call 344-3254.
Cat and Kitten Adoption Fair
Don't miss out on a chance to adopt your own lovable feline at the Cat and Kitten Adoption Fair. All cats have been tested, altered, vaccinated and cared for in foster homes.
The fair will be held this Saturday from noon to 4 p.m., at San Mateo Pet Supply, 346 El Camino Real, Redwood City. For information call 286-9013.
