Lines of volunteers packing care boxes filled with food, clothing and toiletries for deployed troops as Redwood City Elks Lodge No. 1991 hosts Bay District Lodges, American Legion Post 105 Redwood City Family’s Legionnaires and Auxiliary, San Mateo County Blue Star Moms, Operation Care & Comfort, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Boy Scouts of America, and the Redwood City Young Men’s Service League for a day of service benefiting deployed troops and veterans.
