Class Notes: Menlo-Atherton High School students honored on California Senate Floor

Nine students from Menlo-Atherton High School were acknowledged and honored on the California Senate Floor Monday, May 12, for their work in the building and development of the Menlo-Atherton Service Learning Center. Through the Service Learning Center, the students gained deep insights into the world of service learning and its potential for high school students. The students are making the case that K-12 education would benefit greatly from more opportunities to participate in service learning programs.
