LAS VEGAS -- Kimbo Slice is getting his second UFC bout on May 8 in Montreal against former NFL player Matt Mitrione. The mixed martial arts league confirmed the matchup Monday. Slice and Mitrione will meet on the undercard of UFC 113, headlined by Lyoto Machida's rematch with Mauricio Rua. Slice is the burly, bearded former Miami strip club bouncer who became the unlikely face of MMA three years ago when CBS began showing his bouts for the EliteXC promotion, which subsequently folded. Slice was signed by UFC last year, and he appeared on its television reality show before making his UFC heavyweight debut with a victory over Houston Alexander in December. Mitrione played nine games with the New York Giants as a defensive tackle in 2002.
