SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO -- South San Francisco police are looking for a woman who robbed a convenience store at gunpoint Saturday night.
The woman brought snack items to the counter of a Chevron mini-mart at 300 South Airport Blvd. at around 9:30 p.m., police said.
When the clerk began ringing up the merchandise, she allegedly pulled out a pistol and grabbed an undisclosed amount of cash from the register before running north on South Airport Boulevard, police said.
The woman is described as a black woman, thin build and nearly 6 feet tall, who is in her mid-to-late 20s. She was wearing a black beanie and dark-colored clothing.<
