Yes, what if Trump’s presidency eventually is deemed invalid due to all the problems associated with his minority selection, like foreign interference and assistance, especially from Russia, voter suppression and various forms of cheating, including illegal cover-up of information important for the voters?
If that would happen, directly in line with majority thinking, what would or should happen to at least some of Trump’s actions?
Could, for example, his pardons be undone, especially all those granted to the serious criminals he surrounded himself with, and possibly other questionable pardons granted here and there and everywhere? Perhaps a tighter definition of pardoning rules is also called for?
What about Trump’s right-wing Supreme Court appointments, moving the highest court of the land to the extreme right? Imagine how it would benefit the country if SCOTUS was more balanced, as in the past?
What about it?

Jorg now has another reason to jump into the fray. His hero, Maddow, is afraid that Trump would jail her should he be elected. Imagine, a thoroughly insignificant wacko like Maddow being targeted by Trump, as if he will not have anything better to do.

You didn't respond to my questions, Dirk, nor did you seem to understand what Ms. Maddow meant by her statement, - as if not all of us with some common sense aren't "afraid" of Trump back in the WH again, - with no restrictions on his destructive behavior and actions, - which his brain damaged followers don't seem to understand will be detrimental to themselves as well.

Good one, Dirk. Jorg only remembers parts from books which reinforce his orange-tinted view of the world. Everyone else’s opinion is from brain-damaged folks. Although for some reason, Jorg’s described “brain-damaged” folks have no issues with understanding the Electoral College or the Second Amendment. Perhaps Jorg is providing a self-reflection?

Do you have a Blink camera hidden in my living room to monitor what I watch on TV? If so, go back and check some of the video, and you will see that I have watched Rachel on MSNBC. IMO she is a left-wing hack... and she is the mantle endpiece sitting opposite of Sean Hannity... a right-wing hack. Actually, I only "watch" Sean in the minute or so before Greg Gutfeld's show begins. However, tonight, I'll skip Gutfeld at 7 pm to watch Bill Maher. I recommend you take in more sources than MSNBC.
Back to Rachel... with respect to her book, "Prequel,"... Rachel tries to make a case the US was precipitously close to becoming overrun by fascists in the late 1930s. That’s just not true. Please provide an explanation why you believe Rachel’s conclusion is valid, especially when you consider Americans’ desire for neutrality and isolationism grew out of our nation’s experience in WWI. US neutrality was not aligned with fascist ideology in the manner Rachel suggests. Her research is a little sketchy or at best incomplete. Not only is it at odds with scholarship on this topic, but she also fails to provide research to support her conclusion. Do you have anything other than saying someone who disagrees with Rachel is just in denial to validate her conclusions?

One of your suggestions... removing Supreme Court justices... is easier to accomplish than the other suggestion... revoking presidential pardons.
It appears you want to remove Supreme Court justices to achieve what you believe would create a more "balanced" court. As an aside, a court "balanced" to your satisfaction would likely tip over. Nonetheless... there is a mechanism in place to remove Supreme Court justices. You'll find it in the US Constitution... Article III, Section 1.
The issue of pardon revocation has long been decided, and completed presidential pardons cannot be revoked. However, a presidential pardon that has not been delivered or accepted by the person being pardoned can be reversed. So, your suggestion that completed pardons issued by Donald Trump should be reversed will not happen. If you would like to see the president's authority to issue pardons changed, you can start a petition to amend US Constitution Article II, Section 2.

Ray: I checked the US Constitution... Article III, Section 1, which says that "Courts, shall hold their Offises during good Behaviour" (Notice the British spelling!). That's exactly the problem Democrats are trying to debate today: what is, or should be, their ethics code? Republicans refuse even to discuss this very important issue!

You mean the kind of country Trump intends to turn us into, if, heaven forbid, there would be enough stupid, ignorant and unpatriotic voters to sneak him back into the WH again? There just might be enough slow learners who with the help of the EC, voter restrictions and various Republican tricks and intimidations, in addition to foreign help like in 2016, a disaster like that could be pulled off! If so, we wouldn't be th first country destroyed by blatant stupidity!
