Giselle Espinoza COLUMN MUG

Regina Bueno is a woman I met years ago at Ulta when I transitioned back to waxing my eyebrows instead of threading (if you know, you know). She was kind, had great style and bright colored hair which she pulled off effortlessly. Every month, I would sit in the chair and we would catch up. Toward the end of last year, she mentioned opening her own studio in San Mateo.
