The architecture and design of Foster City’s Pilgrim Triton Phase C development has been modestly revised to include additional articulation and brighter, more varied colors than initially proposed.

Planning commissioners applauded those changes at a study session earlier this month and said the revision has addressed just about every concern they expressed at the first public hearing on the development’s architecture in December.

PT will all be $2-2.5M homes Vincent. So those people paying $4000/m for a 2bd might be able to save up and have a home someday. It is going to be great. Sorry you feel the need to neg home ownership.
