A mother and daughter team were arrested Wednesday night for stealing several bottles of alcohol from a Safeway, according to police.

Police say Regina Pearl Wilson, 67, and her daughter Shonta Rene Jones, 41, took Jones’ 11-year-old daughter to a Safeway store in the Linda Mar Shopping Center and stole more than $300 worth of booze.

IMO The worst part of this was having the 11-year-old present. That’s where is stiff penalty should be focused. Horrible!
