A San Bruno resident has been sentenced to 90 days in county jail after pleading no contest to six counts of brandishing a firearm for threatening a construction crew outside his home with a long gun after he was aggravated by the noise they were making, District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said.

The man, 58-year-old Mark Rosenberg, can modify the 90-day jail sentence to attendance in a residential treatment program, Wagstaffe said. He told the judge that he has been sober for 18 months, according to Wagstaffe.
