An employee of a Colma senior living facility accused of assaulting an 87-year-old resident in October is facing up to two years in prison after he pleaded no contest to elder abuse Tuesday, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office.

In custody on $50,000 bail, Crispin Buslon, 46, also admitted the felony to which he pleaded no contest was serious in nature and will next appear in court April 5 for receipt of a probation report and sentencing, according to prosecutors.

Well, gotta have some sympathy for both, even the kookoo dementia affected old lady. His job is like being a cop, always stressful. Should be fired, ankle bracelet, but he ain't a gang banger, probably not illegal because he would be forgiven if so. If you ever had a grandparent or and a parent with these diseases, you can understand his over reaction. Time to heal and forgive. He didn't rape her or kill her. Then, you people on the left, want to forgive killer gang bangers. WTF.
