Jennifer Bohnen was announced the new Head of School, effective July 1, 2025, of the Phillips Brooks School in Menlo Park. Phillips Brooks is a private elementary school serving preschool through fifth grade students. Bohnen is currently the Head of School at Green Hedges School, a preschool through eighth grade school in Washington, D.C.

Dylan Neeley of San Mateo, who played football at Burlingame, earned second-team honors after he and his teammates on the Angelo State University Rams football team won the Lone Star Conference championship.

Trevor Douglis of Redwood City was named to the dean’s list at the University of Utah for earning a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
