Brothers Matt and Kosta Panos, owners of Brothers Cafe, celebrate during the ribbon cutting for their new Millbrae location at 716 Magnolia Ave., in an event held last Monday by the Millbrae Chamber of Commerce. It is the third Brothers Cafe to open on the Peninsula, with sites also in San Mateo and South San Francisco; the latter is formerly known as Cafe 382.
