NEW YORK (AP) — Dolly Parton has postponed her first Las Vegas residency in 32 years. In a statement shared to her social media accounts on Sunday night, Parton cited “health challenges" as the reason for the delay. She was scheduled to perform six shows at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace for “Dolly: Live in Las Vegas” between Dec. 4 and Dec. 13. That overlapped with the National Finals Rodeo. Her dates have been moved to next year, to Sept. 2026. Tickets are valid for the new dates and refunds will be available. Earlier this month, Parton was unable to attend the announcement of the new Night Flight Expedition ride at her Dollywood theme park following kidney stones.

Demon-hunting HUNTR/X to debut live performance on 'The Tonight Show' next week

NEW YORK (AP) — The singing trio behind HUNTR/X from “KPop Demon Hunters” will appear live on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” next week. Their appearance Oct. 7 will be the first time Ejae, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami have performed together as themselves. The runaway summer hit film about demon-hunting K-pop stars is animated. NBC announced Monday that the performance will air on Oct. 7 and will stream on Peacock the next day. The Sony Pictures/Netflix film gave Netflix its first No. 1 box-office title in its 18-year history. The film's soundtrack topped the charts. The trio will also join Fallon for interviews. Jennifer Lopez is also a guest.

The NFL, Apple Music and Roc Nation announced Sunday that the Grammy winner will perform at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, on Feb. 8. This comes after his historic Puerto Rico residency this month, which drew over half a million fans. Bad Bunny is also leading all nominees at the Latin Grammys in November. With three Grammys and 12 Latin Grammys, he has become a global ambassador for Latin music. Last year, Kendrick Lamar set a record with 133.5 million viewers for his Super Bowl performance.

Trump takes his tariff war to the movies announcing 100% levies on foreign-made films

President Donald Trump is slapping a 100% tax on movies made outside the United States – a vague directive aimed at protecting a business that America already dominates. Claiming that movie production “has been stolen’’ from Hollywood and the U.S., Trump posted said he would be imposed the 100% tariff on “any and all movies” made outside of the U.S. The president first issued the threat back in May. It's still unclear how these tariffs would operate, since movies and TV shows can be transmitted digitally without going through ports. Also unclear is what it would mean for U.S. movies filmed on foreign locations —  or what legal basis the president would claim for imposing the tariffs.
