Editor,

My thanks to Grace Xuereb for pointing out the misinformation that we all sometimes fall for, especially when we are angry and terrorized from seeing the U.S. attack our immigrants. Mistakes will happen. I fell for this one myself and didn’t check snopes.com until after I posted online.

We have to wonder what kind of individuals are attracted to ICE jobs, - unemployed characters who enjoy making others’ lives miserable, or what?

Thanks for your letter, Ms. Miranda but the biggest problem is that you rely on snopes.com for fact checking. I do agree that 99% of the ugly stories are true - the stories related to the violent crimes perpetrated by invaders crossing our borders. Speaking of bounty hunters, if only the Trump administration would begin offering rewards to folks providing information that leads to deportation. There is so much at stake for our country and fortunately, Trump is doing a great job of making our country safe. As an aside to Jorg – crossing guards?
