12 cents per gallon gas tax increase is not unreasonable, especially considering that the gas tax hadn't been increased since 1994. Transportation infrastructure is expensive, but necessary. You get what you pay for. I voted NO ON 6.

What happened to all the money that we spent on roads in he past. Went into the general fund to pay for the priorities of the left controlling Sacramento. Please people, do not reward incompetence with more money. Sacramento will never change if we keep giving them our hard earned money for doing a completely terrible job.

Prop 6 will kill billions of dollars for public transportation and infrastructure that are badly needed. NO ON 6.

Prop 6 will do nothing to make our roads better. It will, however, make pension funds happier. Perhaps we'll get yet another boondoggle spent on the Bay Bridge (over $7 billion for just half a bridge). Or more money wasted for the ironically named high-speed rail (basically a union giveaway).

Vote YES on 6, unless you want to see your money thrown into a black hole. Some can afford it, but most can not. For the people that want to vote NO, please instead vote YES and donate your money to the state treasury. Thank you in advance.
