The state of California has a gas tax, a freeway tax, a toll tax on our bridges and a toll lane tax on our freeways, (don’t know why they call them freeways) all to keep up our freeways and transportation expenses.
Now they want to raise the toll on bridges for transportation expenses. I think it’s about time that the state learns to budget our tax money instead of asking for more. The answer to all our problems in California is not more money, it’s how to use what we have.

Thanks for your letter, Mr. Nice. People get the government they voted for and, unfortunately for us, this is just another example of poor governance.
