Ralph Costanzo, 68, of San Mateo County, California passed away on December 1, 2025, after battling cancer for several years.
Born and raised in Millbrae, Ralph was the youngest of Silvio and Mary Costanzo’s three boys. Ralph is survived by his devoted wife, Connie Warner, son Joseph Costanzo (Sarah DeHaven), daughter Maria Baker (Mark Baker) and his three beloved grandchildren.
A proud Capuchino alumnae, he was a gifted athlete known throughout the community. His love of sports continued throughout his life, and he was an exceptional golfer up until his passing.
Ralph (aka Papa) will be remembered for his charm, humor, and the deep love he had for his family.
A memorial service will be held on December 14 at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of the Highlands, 194 Millwood Drive, Millbrae.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the City of Hope.
