Michael Campbell Photo

Loving father, grandfather, son and brother, Mike grew up in South San Francisco. He died unexpectedly in his sleep on February 27. Although he lived in Placerville recently, much of his life and friends were in the Bay Area. He graduated from South San Francisco High School. A skilled journeyman printer he eventually ran his own small printing and copying business in downtown San Francisco. He lived in Pacifica most of his adult life. He was passionate about karate and recently achieved a Fifth-Degree black belt. He remained involved as a mentor and teacher. His greatest joy was his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his daughters Shelby Campbell Dorkin and Melanie Campbell Torrey, his mother Donna Campbell, sister Kimberly Campbell Hamilton and his six grandchildren. He will be remembered at a private family gathering.
