Charles Paul Wagenseller was born in 1946 passed away on August 22, 2024 at the age of 78. A beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle and grandfather, Charles touched the lives of everyone around him with his kindness and dedication.

He was deeply passionate about his work, finding joy and fulfillment in every job he undertook. His commitment and enthusiasm were a testament to his character, and he was admired by colleagues and friends alike. He served his country as a Sergeant for the US Air Force during the Vietnam war. He worked 35 years at PG&E in the South Bay, Peninsula and San Francisco offices. He was also an elected official for 19 years for Mid-Peninsula Water District. After retiring from PG&E and moving to El Dorado Hills, CA, Chuck decided to start his third career working for the Association of California Water Agencies Joint Powers Insurance Authority in Roseville, CA.
