This weekend’s PortFest will feature boat rides, live music, a kid zone, beer and wine booths, arts and crafts, and food at the Port of Redwood City from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7.
It will be along the public access waterfront, 475 Seaport Court in Redwood City. This community celebration will feature many fun events, including:
• Boat ride harbor tours on the famous “Robert G. Brownlee” with the Marine Science Institute.
• Live music from Wild Child.
• Kid Zone.
• Open house at Sequoia Yacht Club.
• Free 30-minute sailing excursions at Spinnaker Sailing. Participants must sign a liability waver and be 5 years and older. Sign ups will be available on the day of the event at the school office.
