Outside department assist. Oil was spilling out of E & R Transmissions, 271 San Bruno Ave., and into storm drain at 9:03 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25.
Fraud. A resident on the first block of Bayshore Circle reported her credit card stolen and used at various locations at 3:41 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25.
Vandalism. A juvenile, who was with his mother while she shopped, was caught using a metal object to scratch fixtures at JCPenney, 1122 El Camino Real, at 2:33 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25. The juvenile was released to his mother.
Fraud. A resident from the 200 block of Balboa Way reported a thief tried to cash a check from his account at 1:41 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25.
Fraud. A San Francisco resident reported that someone used his ATM check card on the 1100 block of El Camino Real and made $99.50 in unauthorized purchases at 12:49 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25.
Fraud. A resident from the 1100 block of El Camino Real reported unauthorized purchased were made on her lost credit card at 11:44 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25.
Reckless drivers. A resident on the 2900 block of San Bruno Avenue reported several vehicles drag racing on Skyline Boulevard at 11:58 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24.

Stolen vehicle. A vehicle was reported stolen from the 2500 block of Norfolk Street at 9:25 p.m. Wednesday, March 1.
Vandalism. A vehicle was reported vandalized on the 100 block of 37th Avenue at 7:08 p.m. Wednesday, March 1.
Vandalism. Vandalism was reported on the 1000 block of Park Place at 6:33 p.m. Wednesday, March 1.
Vandalism. Vandalism to a business was reported on the 2600 block of El Camino Real at 6:22 p.m. Wednesday, March 1.
