A man imprisoned since 1994 for the second-degree murder of a 16-year-old in Redwood City was granted parole Wednesday, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office.
Kenneth Ray Donnaghe, now 39, was sentenced to 17 years to life in prison for a gang-related shooting on July 21, 1993. His accomplice, Leroy Lucas, was the actual shooter and remains imprisoned, according to prosecutors.
