Labor Day, especially here in the great state of California, is something to be proud of.
California workers are known globally for their work effort and determination. Whether a small business like Leonardo’s Deli in Millbrae, or a Fortune 500 Company in Silicon Valley, California workers are known to be the backbone of America.
Thanks for your letter, Mr. Manara, although “great state” and California no longer go together. I’d say California workers are known mostly for being propped up by California Democrats funneling taxpayer money to them, regardless of performance. I know, this charge applies to union workers but their antics make the news much more than non-union California workers – who are the real backbone of the state.
