A Kentucky man who pleaded no contest to felony assault with a deadly weapon for ramming a vehicle driven by a man he was angry with for using his high beam lights was sentenced to 90 days in county jail, San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said.
The man, Frank Falcone, 62, was also sentenced to two-year supervised probation and anger management classes, Wagstaffe said.
