Pacifica police arrested a motorist accused of hitting a parked vehicle while driving under the influence last week.
Around 11:30 p.m. Saturday, officers were alerted to a report of a traffic collision on the 200 block of Roberts Road. They found a Kia SUV crashed into a parked Tesla sedan which overturned afterward.
No injuries were reported.
Police alleged the driver and sole occupant of the Kia, identified as 21-year-old Pacifica resident Ginger Grochowski, showed symptoms of alcohol intoxication. Officers administered a sobriety test and found the driver was intoxicated at the time of the collision.
Police said Grochowski was placed under arrest on suspicion of DUI, transported to a local hospital for evaluation, and later released on a criminal citation.
