A ribbon-cutting ceremony Sunday, Sept. 26 at the Burton Park stage in San Carlos featured Mayor Laura Parmer-Lohan, center in purple shirt, along with Michelle Ahl, CEO executive director of the American Chinese Youth Performing Art Foundation, far left, and Jane Huang, founder, center, in pink dress. The ACYPA Foundation is a nonprofit organization and the event was the opening ceremony. Xuan Zhang is the executive director and Jonathon Song is the program director.
