David Anderson, 19, of Fairfield, Jeremiah Patton, 23, of San Francisco, and Jade Michael Wesley, 30, of Vallejo, have been charged with counts of robbery and false imprisonment, Wagstaffe said. Wesley is also charged with attempted robbery and illegal possession of a weapon and ammunition by a felon.
The men allegedly displayed weapons and stole from both 7-Elevens — at one point forcing a patron to the floor at gunpoint — and were approaching a Denny’s on Woodside Road with masks on when officers apprehended them and found $2,730 in cash, according to the DA’s Office.
All three defendants pleaded not guilty and the case was set for preliminary hearing on Oct. 15. Bail was set at $500,000 for each defendant, and they remain in custody.
