Scribbles to Novels

 

Greg Johnson, Naila Bolus and newscaster Tom Brokaw at the Jumpstart Scribbles to Novels event held at the Chateau Carolands in Hillsborough May 16. Brokaw served as the keynote speaker at the event which included an Author’s Circle of distinguished writers including Cara Black, “the Aimée Leduc Investigations series”; Madeline Levine, “Teach Your Children Well: Parenting for Authentic Success” and “The Price of Privilege”; Michael David Lukas, The Oracle of Stamboul; and Kathryn Otoshi, “One, Zero, What Emily Saw.” Jumpstart’s Scribbles to Novels is a fundraising event that helps promote of Jumpstart's mission to work toward the day every child in America enters kindergarten prepared to succeed.
