The Dons kept pace with Menlo-Atherton and Carlmont atop the Bay Division with a 25-21, 20-25, 25-12, 25-17 win.
Poppy McKenzie was nearly unstoppable for Aragon (5-1 PAL Bay, 9-3 overall), finishing with 21 kills.
Woodside falls to 0-6 in Bay Division play and 1-10 overall.
Jefferson 3, Terra Nova 0
The Grizzlies picked up their second Ocean Division win of the season 25-18, 25-19, 27-25 over the Tigers.
Desirae Chu led the way for Jefferson (2-5 PAL Ocean), finishing with 10 kills and eight digs. Ava Jacob guided the offense, finishing with 21 assists, while Trichelle Ignacio had five service aces and two blocks.
Terra Nova falls to 1-5 in Ocean play and 1-13 overall.
Sacred Heart Prep 3, Notre Dame-SJ 0
The Gators continue to dominate the West Bay Athletic League’s Foothill Division following the sweep of the Regents — 25-16, 25-17, 25-15.
Poema Ueligitone led offense for SHP (5-0 WBAL Foothill, 15-6 overall), finishing with nine kills. Brie Eisenberg and Tiana Veamatahau each added six kills for the Gators.
NDSJ falls to 0-4 in Foothill Division action and 3-14 overall.

Menlo-Atherton (5-1 PAL Bay, 12-7 overall) stayed in a three-way tie for first place in the Bay Division after outlasting Burlingame (2-4, 8-11) in five sets — 20-25, 25-17, 25-22, 11-25, 18-16.
Carlmont (5-1 PAL Bay, 8-7 overall) stayed kept pace with Aragon and M-A after sweeping Half Moon Bay (1-5, 10-7), 25-19, 25-18, 25-21.
Sequoia (4-2 PAL Bay, 12-9 overall) stayed a game out of first following a 25-17, 25-23, 25-20 win sweep of Hillsdale (2-4, 6-11).
Capuchino (6-0 PAL Ocean, 13-2 overall) continues its fabulous season and maintained its lead in the Ocean Division standings with a 25-16, 25-17, 25-14 win over Westmoor (2-4, 4-13).
El Camino (5-1 PAL Ocean) stayed a game behind division-leading Capuchino after holding off Mills (4-2) in five sets — 25-20, 22-25, 24-26, 26-24, 15-12.
San Mateo (4-2 PAL Ocean, 5-5 overall) stayed in the race for the Ocean Division title following a 25-18, 25-8, 20-25, 25-10 win over South City (1-5, 2-11).
Design Tech (3-1 PSAL, 6-6 overall) swept Pacific Bay Christian (2-2, 6-6) — 25-14, 25-17, 25-20.
Menlo School (3-2 WBAL Foothill, 5-13 overall) cruised past Harker (2-4, 5-8), 25-20, 25-18, 25-19.
Notre Dame-Belmont (4-1 WBAL Foothill, 15-8 overall) swept Presentation (0-5, 5-12) — 25-23, 25-20, 25-23.

Woodside 7, Westmoor 0
The Wildcats stayed undefeated in Ocean Division play following the sweep of the Rams.
Maria Furukawa won her No. 1 singles match 6-0, 6-0. The No. 2 doubles team for Woodside (7-0 PAL Ocean), Lucille Palmer and Peyton Atkins, pulled out a three-set win over Westmoor’s Emily Ren and Justine Abrena, 3-6, 6-2, 10-8.
Hillsdale 6, Capuchino 1
The Knights stayed a game behind Woodside in the Ocean Division standings with the win over the Mustangs.
Playing at No. 1 doubles, Eden Jacobson and Julia Moir of Hillsdale (6-1 PAL Ocean), needed three sets to post a 6-4, 4-6, 11-9 decision.
Capuchino (4-3) got its win from Amelia Bautista and Katerina Sosa at No. 2 doubles, 6-2, 6-4.
Carlmont 6, Sequoia 1
The Scots stayed undefeated in Bay Division play with the win over the Ravens.
Megan Bence filled in at No. 1 singles for Carlmont (7-0 PAL Bay, 10-2 overall), where she won at love — 6-0, 6-0.
Sequoia (1-6) got its win from its No. 1 doubles team of Maya Perez and Xienna Ma, who won 6-3, 3-6, 10-8.

Mia Lo, playing at No. 1 singles for Aragon (6-1 PAL Bay), Ella Teng (No. 2 singles) and Amber Dogra (No. 4 singles) all won their matches 6-0, 6-0.
The No. 2 doubles team for San Mateo (2-5), Paige Leung and Misha Sharma, needed three sets to post a 7-5, 1-6, 11-9 victory.

Girls’ golf
Burlingame 169, Sequoia 189, El Camino 201
The top three Ocean Division teams met in a tri-meet at Mariners Point Golf Complex and it was the Panthers who emerged unscathed as they took a step closer to their second straight Ocean Division championship.
Elaina Foley set another season record with her round of even-par 27. It is the lowest score of the season carded by a PAL player at Mariners Point, lowering the 2-over 29 she shot last week.
All five scorers for Burlingame (7-0 PAL Ocean) shot sub-40 rounds. Jolene Liu finished with a 31, Simone Sims a 34, Ashlyn Wong a 38 and Candice Hu a 39 for the Panthers.
Sequoia (5-2) was led by Kayla Royad, who shot a 4-over 31. She was followed by Presley Ackerholt a 38 and Ella Kennedy a 39.
El Camino (4-4) got 38s from both Saoirse Price and Juliana Bazlamit.
Boys’ water polo
Menlo-Atherton 19, Carlmont 8
The Bears took care of business against the Scots, to maintain a half-game lead ahead of Burlingame and Sequoia at the top of the Bay Division standings.
Evan ten Vaanholt led M-A (4-1 PAL Bay, 6-4 overall), scoring six goals. Bryce Winters added a hat trick and came up with five steals defensively.
Carlmont falls to 1-4 in Bay play.

Aragon (4-0 PAL Ocean, 6-4) continues to lead the Ocean Division standings after a 14-3 win over Capuchino (2-2).
