Editor,

I’m responding to Tom Stephany’s brief comment dated March 29 under the title “In short.” I quote Mr. Stephany “The Mueller investigation is complete. ... Get over it.” Here’s a report card on the investigation. Former Campaign Manager Paul Manafort — 7 1/2 years in prison, former campaign aide Rick Gates — pleads guilty of lying to investigators, former Trump personal lawyer Michael Cohen — guilty of campaign financial violations and lying to Congress, former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn — guilty of lying to investigators, former Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos — served 12 days in prison for lying to investigators, Trump confidant Roger Stone — lying to House Intelligence Committee concerning contacting WikiLeaks during 2016 campaign. He is set to go on trial in the fall. These are all people who were at one time or another, a part of President Trump’s inner circle. But who cares. We should all just “get over it.” Right, Tom?

Right Art, you should get over it. None of these crimes had anything to do with Trump or his campaign for president which is why the Mueller Special investigation was initiated in the first place. If, God forbid, a Democrat is ever elected president again, you will see the right come down so hard on them in retribution to what the Democrats have done to our president. That is one guarantee that I can give you, no Democrat in the White House will have a single day of respite from our onslaught. You want a war, you got a war.

CeeCee, you never fail to amaze me. Your last sentence is fraught with anger management issues.
As far as Donald goes did you miss this.... lately he has seemed more & more out of touch. DT uttered the word Oranges (3x) instead of origins?

When speaking to Herman Cain of the Fed Treasury Board & blurting out border closure w/o looking at consequences for such a move!

The man cannot speak in full sentences let alone staying on subject for more than a couple mins. And I’m sure it’s worse if you work w/him day to day.

Yes, Art - and in the midst of all this, Donald Trump completely clean and innocent, totally unaware of all that was going on around him! Yeah, Republicans expect us thinking majority to believe that? What a dream world they live in!

Jorg - if you had a network as vast as President Trump has you may be surprised of your "friends" activities. Of course in your own tiny Democratic bubble, all is pure, honest and simple.

Jorg

Yes, indeed, Dirk, - a laughable dream world! So, you think you can use my circle of friends to protect Trump? Ha! Yes, I do have a vast circle in many countries, all well educated, intelligent and accomplished, besides very well behaved, - but none would ever dream of voting for someone as dishonest and incompetent as Donald Trump, - and that includes a couple of Republican friends as well! But the crooks around Trump, indicted and worse, were his own picks, bragging about his ability to pick the best and the brightest, - because he is the brainiest of them all, according to himself! Yes, Dirk, quite a success story, of which we yet have to see the embarrassing end.

Yes, Mr. Gonzalez, who does care? None of these people are named Donald J. Trump. As Mr. Stephany so eloquently stated, "Get over it." And I'd also add, take a chill pill. You will have 6 more years of our great President Trump.

It's awfully strange that no felonious convictions happened with all the 'hearings' during the Obama administration. Yet with little effort nearly all the present occupant's henchman are now going to do time. How strange. Considering all the odors and smoke that any non interested party could see and smell during the short tenure of the present occupant of the White House the need for Mr. Mueller and his efforts were an obvious necessity. I"d think money laundering and conspiracy will probably be next up on the ongoing investigations we will be seeing. Hang on tight.

Hi Mike, don’t let the fact that your side was dead wrong regarding the Mueller investigation. Keep guessing and thinking and throwing things against the wall hoping they will stick. Meanwhile the president will be busy making America great again.

Jorg

Chris: Do you know more about the Mueller report than the rest of us do? Or, are you just swimming around in an impossible dream? If so, you may soon find your idol in quite a nightmare, which I predict will Make America Shake Again.

Mike Caggiano

Chris it's not so much throwing stuff against the wall as following the money trail and the constitution. Not rocket science at all. stay tuned.
