Foster City has restored full functionality of services, including the online portals for building permit applications and Parks and Recreation program registration, according to city officials.
With these services again becoming available, Foster City is fully operational and able to serve the public via online services or at City Hall. Foster City has been in the process of gradually reactivating programs and services that were taken offline in March following a cybersecurity incident, according to the city.
Community members can register for Parks and Recreation programming through the Rectrac system at registration.fostercity.org. Those seeking to submit permit applications may access the eTrakit portal at permit.fostercity.org/etrakit. Online utility bill payments have also been restored and are available at onlinebiller.com/fostercity. In-person assistance remains available at City Hall during normal business hours, too.
