The WASC Commission granted Carlmont and Sequoia high schools a six-year accreditation each. This is the second highest level of accreditation a school may receive. As part of the accreditation both schools will have a midterm review consisting of a written report from the school outlining the progress made in implementing the school-wide action plan and a one day visit by a two member team.
