Mills High School students hosted the third annual Youth Legislative Parliamentary Program, aimed at teaching middle school students the fundamentals of civics, government and youth advocacy. Over a week, campers engage in mock trials, model legislative sessions, Supreme Court simulations, and interactive experience with local government services.
Caspian Grabowski of Half Moon Bay was named to the chancellor’s list at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock for earning a GPA of 3.9 or higher.
Lydia Vann of Menlo Park and Alexander Maurry of Redwood City was named to the dean’s list at Emmanuel College in Massachusetts for earning a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Areli Hernandez of Menlo Park was named to the dean’s list at Ohio Wesleyan University for earning a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
John Kirincich of Menlo Park and Seo Buffington of San Mateo was named to the dean’s list at Bucknell University for earning a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Chyler Espino of Daly City was named to the president’s list at Saint Francis University.
Emily Muscolina of Belmont, and Bryan Coleman and Anna Harshman of Menlo Park were named to the dean’s list at the College of William and Mary for earning GPAs of 3.6 or higher.
Robert Niemira of San Bruno graduated with a master’s degree from the University of Alabama.
Samantha Cummins of San Carlos and Madeline Perry of Redwood City graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama.
Olivia Cotton of Hillsborough was named to the president’s list at the University of Alabama for earning a GPA of 4.0
Mia Torres of San Bruno, Samantha Cummins of San Carlos, and Olivia Schroth of San Mateo was named to the dean’s list at the University of Alabama for earning a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Eliana Oro of Menlo Park graduated with a master’s degree from the College of Charleston in South Carolina.
Catherine Hoffmann of Woodside graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston in South Carolina.
Sofia Merlino of Atherton was named to the president’s list at the College of Charleston for earning a GPA of 3.8 or higher.
