Editor,

Josh Becker and Kevin Mullin are quoted in support of the Democrat’s gerrymandering proposal. These are two very intelligent men who my wife and I supported during their election process. I am very disappointed that they did not stand up for the people but instead bowed to the party’s wishes placing the party above their constituency. It reminds me of when a teacher breaks up a playground fight and one of the combatants uses the excuse “he started it.” Unfortunately, in this case it is the people of California who get the black eye. We are a state in debt thanks to Sacramento ineptness. This action will surely incur economic retribution from Washington. Much needed and previously promised Federal funds will evaporate causing great hardship in many communities.

Hmm... using "Kevin Mullin" and "very intelligent" in the same sentence? What ever made you think Mullin was "very intelligent"? He's an empty suit nepo-baby who has never, to my knowledge, had an original thought. Check out his social media accounts which are almost entirely copy-paste from far left Dem talking points. He will not answer anything other than prescreened questions at his town halls. Unfortunately, he is in his 50's and SMCo voters will vote for a turnip with a D next to their name, so we are stuck with him for a long time.

Becker may not be quite as dumb, but he literally ran away from me when I tried to ask him a question at an event where he was speaking. He's not interested in representing all his constituents either.

MichKosk - Thank you for your words in insight, truth and wisdom.

Well written, MichKosk. For those that have already forgotten or are trying to forget, Kevin Mullin voted against the One Big Beautiful Bill, essentially voting to increase taxes on everyone, considerably. Kevin Mullin voted against the Laken Riley Act, essentially opting to promote biological males competing against biological females. Kevin Mullin voted against the SAVE Act, essentially opting to undermine free and fair elections.

As for Josh Becker, isn’t he on a crusade against carbon emissions? Yet doing absolutely nothing of note in regards to forest and fire management as well as water resources to prevent more California wildfires. Thanks to his lack of foresight, the carbon from southern California forest fires have set back carbon emissions for at least the next 100 years, perhaps 500 years.

Sure, “very intelligent” in their concerted actions in hating Trump and Californians more than they love America and California. We can only hope they’ll change their tune and represent the people and not their continued agendas to destroy our country and state. Elections have consequences and we’ve seen the consequences of Mullin and Becker. That being said, I’m sure we’ll see lawfare against Dems. It’s the new American way, isn’t it?

Hey Steven - how many times are you letting these two yokels fool you? Look at their voting record and you should have known how they always blow with the DNC wind. If they are considered intelligent where does duplicity come into the picture?
