San Carlos has become the developer’s dream with all the reconstruction going on. Mr. Mark Olbert is part of the problem along with the planning department and council. The city is being totally redone. There is so much profit for the City Hall that the council was considering bonuses for all employees. I think the city should be called New San Carlos, the City of Good Profits.
