In the wake of the Richards' family tragedy, I want to thank you for focusing on what mattered and for helping the community understand the often subtle, but profound aspects of the dynamics of domestic violence. Thank you for shedding light on the fact that this was a case of domestic violence in its most extreme form. Whether or not there were signs beforehand, that there may have been abuse happening in the home, let's remember that when someone kills their spouse or significant other, it is domestic violence, that, sadly, this pervasive form of domestic terrorism haunts thousands of families in our county every year, but that help is available. Good reporting.
