Regarding the article, “Cracking the code on parking” (in the March 12 edition of the Daily Journal), I wonder if the powers-that-be are aware that some unrestricted parking is available on Ninth Avenue between El Camino Real and B Street for up to 72 hours. Commuters, recreation vehicles, day workers and weekenders are among those in the know.
