Editor,

The recent letters from Republicans are disheartening and misleading. One claimed “We are divided.” Who is to blame for this division? Senate Republicans refuse to engage with their counterparts treating them as enemies. They are all Americans looking for the benefit of, “We the people.”

Dear U. Gumbert - let's at least agree that most politicians lie, whether they are a D or an R. Now, we have finally received confirmation that Biden's mental and physical states have been a major concern. Biden has not been able to perform his sworn duties for years. We were lied to by the news media, his family, his VP and his immediate staff. It is still going on. Oh well, Gumbert, keep on deflecting and lie about what a possible Trump administration will do. Biden and his gang have been, and still is, the most dangerous threat to our democracy. The icing on the cake is pushing Harris as the D nominee without voter approval.

Not So Common

Dirk, obviously Gumbert is reading the Russian misinformation that our government says is out there. He probably sent money to his relative in Sudan who named him as a sole beneficiary of a $20 million estate.

Way to cherry pick, U. Gumbert. Apparently you and other Dems have memory-holed the Pelosi-enabled insurrection, the continuing lawfare against our great President Trump, the Russian Collusion hoax, and many examples of Dem and Biden incompetence. Do they all have amnesia? BTW, if Trump were so incoherent, what’s that say about Biden, who was utterly destroyed in the recent debate? Please get over your hate for Trump overcoming your love for America and vote for Trump to Make America Great Once Again.

Commodore Perry said: "We have met the enemy, and they are ours." (Dispatch to Maj. Gen. William Henry Harrison.) Walt Kelly said: "We have met the enemy, and he is us." That was in an Earth Day poster that featured characters from his long-running strip Pogo that mourned the sad state of the environment.

"ignoring their leaders affair..." You can't be serious. that was in the news a great deal because of Stormy Daniels lawsuits.
