Kenneth A. Hausler born Dec. 14, 1919, died peacefully in his sleep at his home of +55 years in Menlo Park.
“Kenny Baby, Grandpa, Capt. Bull or Peachy” served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a radio operator. He was stationed in Puerto Rico for three years. Although he graduated from college in Minnesota, he was a Stanford football fan. Kenny is survived by his beloved four-legged little girl “Sox III,” son David (Mercedes and grandson Jason) and sons, daughter and grandchildren.
He had a sense of humor and loved his family. Driving to Las Vegas with cigars and coffee ready was his joy. He’ll be remembered driving around town smoking a cigar with his dog Sox I sticking out the window.
Services will be held Nov. 20 at Nativity Church. Donations in his honor could be made to Peninsula Humane Society or Muttville.
