San Bruno police are on the lookout for two men wanted for shooting at someone during an argument on the 300 block of Chapman Avenue in San Bruno early Wednesday morning.
At about 12:31 a.m., police received a call from someone who had just been shot at with a single round from a handgun. The victim was not hit by the bullet, according to police.
Officers secured a perimeter around a residence the suspects were believed to be in and a SWAT team executed a search warrant at the residence, which was found to be unoccupied. The search of the residence did result in the seizure of eight firearms, including an illegal assault rifle and a stolen handgun. An arrest warrant was obtained for two men, identified as Carlos “Chucky” Manuel Cienfuegos, 35, and Richard Raymond Butler, 35. Cienfuegos is 5 feet 7 inches, 180 pounds and has many tattoos, including a 650 on his left forearm. Butler is 6 feet, 155 pounds with a beard that may be short. Cienfuegos is associated with a red 2008 Ford F-350 with California license plate of 8H81953 and large chrome rims that have crescent-shaped cuts in them, according to police.
Investigators are requesting the public s assistance in locating them. Both of these suspects should be considered armed and dangerous. If you have any information about their whereabouts, do not attempt to contact them. Please call 911 immediately.
