Police reported today that a South San Francisco fourth-grader has been arrested for allegedly making a death threat against a fellow student.
The 10-year-old boy allegedly threatened to kill a female student who was teasing him and calling him names. He was arrested on March 9 and taken to Hillcrest Juvenile Facility after undergoing a psychiatric examination at Peninsula Hospital.
Police say the suspect repeatedly requested over the past five months that another fourth-grader at Spruce Elementary School bring in his father's gun. The student refused.
Authorities are not releasing any students' names due to their ages.<
